The Funnel
Remember that a customer cannot purchase a mattress until they have funneled down their selection to 2 or fewer. If they can’t decide on a mattress, then how can they purchase a mattress? Write 4 or more questions you would ask a customer if they were stuck deciding between mattresses. Post your answers to the blog and be creative!

1. I noticed more oohhhs and aahhhs when you were on that last mattress. Does that mean you like it the best?

1. These may feel the same, but this one is a step up in that it offers an advanced, exclusive Posturtech Plus coil system, which gives you more steel which gives more support. Also, the coil is structured in such a way that it reduces motion felt from your partner compared to that one. So while they may feel the same, you are getting allot more with this one compared to that one. So do you want to go

3. Would you like to substitute this regular profile box foundation with a low profile foundation and add a low pro frame for the one you really like? Doing so will make your favorite set the same hieght as this one.
4. There is an edge support on this one. As it differs from the edge support on that one, be assured that your warranty will cover any damage to the edge of either mattress. Would you like me to further explain our warranty policy?

Mr. & Mrs. Smith remember you can’t get that good night sleep you are seeking until you have funneled down your selection to 2 and than one. The last mattress I noticed a sense of comfort and peace about you, is this one you’d like to put on the list. (Personal Sleep Evaluation) By lying in your favorite sleep position, dose this one feel comfortable. By seeing the difference from GOOD, BETTER, BEST, can you see and feel the value of your selections. By viewing the images from the pressure-mapping tool can you tell the difference in pressure relief and support? Having year of experience and countless hours of training would you like my professional opinion? (Note: some people want you to make that decision for them, please be caution in doing so.)

1. Do you prefer the more responsive feel of the tempur hd in the rhapsody more than the regular tempur of the deluxe?

3. If you sleep hot at night the silk and wool fiber pad in the sealy helps to regulate the tempurature of the mattress better than synthetic fiber. Is that important to you?
4. Dont you agree that the infinate positions and the advantages of the power ergo base outwiegh the cost difference for the upgrade?

1. Do you think you would like being able to change the firmness over the years? or the more consistent feel of the Tempurpedic?

3. Does this bed feel $300 better to you? If so spend the difference because you deserve to be as comfortable as possible. If it doesn't save your money because the support is the same. (believe it or not the customer will almost always go for the higher priced model.)
4. This model has the natural fibers and you indicated that you sleep hot at night. Don't you feel that this might benefit you more?

1-Ask them some PSE questions to help them narrow down the best mattress for them.
ReplyDelete2-Use the x-sensor to help you to help them narrow down there choices.
3-Are you a hot sleeper with the silk and wool you will sleep a lot cooler at night.
4-When your husband gets up can you feel the bed move? With the the pocketed coil you will get very little movement in your bed.
